Customer solicitation. Unless you notify us of your desire to opt out of further direct communications, you agree to continue to receive emails and calls from Digital Sapience Private Limited and its designated in-house or third-party teams.
Opt-out procedure. You may opt out of future solicitations by using the opt-out link in any email, by emailing unsubscribe@dsc.net.in, or by writing to Digital Sapience Private Limited, 449/P, Indira Gandhi Road, Konnagar, Hooghly, West Bengal, 712235.

7. General
Force majeure. We will not be held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in performance due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout or boycott.
Entire agreement; waiver. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Digital Sapience Private Limited and supersedes prior agreements on this subject. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Governing law; jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this Agreement.
Termination. Digital Sapience Private Limited reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if it reasonably believes you have breached this Agreement.
Domestic use. We make no representation that the Website or Products are appropriate or available for use outside India. Users who access the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
